WIAW #60: Early Summer Weekend Eats

This WIAW I’m featuring eats from a weekend at my parents’ house in Connecticut, filled to the brim with early summer eats. It isn’t quite the season yet for my favorite wild raspberries or plump peaches, but the first slices of watermelon have been consumed and the grill put into use! Things kicked off about 45 minutes before my long run Saturday, I had a Granny Smith apple with some peanut butter. Ended up finishing the jar, too.

WIAW #45

This WIAW showcases the adding-in portion of my elimination. Last week, I first welcomed dairy back into my life after my three weeks were up, and the world got a little bit brighter once I had my yogurt, ice cream, and cheese to enjoy in moderation. I’ve been enjoying my quinoa flake bakes for breakfast, especially when gooey with peanut butter and chocolate chips, but I didn’t realize how much I missed my oats, especially since I’ve been limited grains for awhile now.
